What is the problem about? 
The problem is about utilizing the power reducing formulas. Using what is given, we can substitute different power reducing formulas into the problem to simplify the problem.

What does the viewer need to pay close attention to in order to do the problem correctly?
The viewer must carefully watch how I was able to substitute "m" into the equation in order to use one of the power reducing formulas and substitute "m" back into the equation after. The viewer must also watch how I foiled the problem and I was able to divide by four (by using the reciprocal) in order to simplify it even further. Be aware of how I used other power reducing formulas in order to simplify the problem.
